our location
We are located via accessible and convenient freeway access near the Totem Lake area of Kirkland, Wa. Our facility is equipped with the necessary equipment and training resources (heavy bags, banana bags, thai pads, focus mitts, speed bags, top & bottom bags, striking shields, medicine balls, skip ropes, wooden dummy, etc) to enhance your learning experience and develop your attributes of speed, flexibility and power as you improve yourself through our martial art programs. Our staff is great, our training is second to none and our environment is safe, fun and friendly.
